What are the storage requirements?

Copies of the Commercial Registry (if a company), Identity Card or Passport (signatory), fill out the Service Application and copy of the Telephone or Electricity bill (if personal).

What are the sizes of the spaces?

We have spaces ranging from 3 to 28 square meters (m²).

Until what time can I go to my space?

Our clients have the option of 24/7 unannounced access with automated access control.

Is transportation included?

We can guide you in the transportation and moving service.

Does my company have to bring personnel to unload the goods?

In the Self storage concept, the customer manages and moves his goods.

If my wife or I bring some items will you help us move it?

Our staff can provide support if the customer needs it.

Do you provide equipment to move the goods?

We provide all the necessary equipment to handle and move your merchandise, we also have roofed loading areas with capacity for trucks and tails.

How is the security?

We have automated access control with personalized code and proximity card, surveillance and cameras with 24/7 recording.

Do I have to notify every time I have to go to my space?

The customer has automated access without prior notice.

Do you have air-conditioned premises?

Yes, we have the option of air-conditioned premises.

Can you guide me to the location I need?

Our website provides you with a space calculator to determine the size you need, also our staff is trained to advise customers on all their requirements and needs.

Can I change location, if needed?

Among the facilities is the option of quick changeover to other sizes of premises according to the customer’s needs.

How are the payments made?

Monthly, with automatic payment by credit card (for personal use).

How are the premises closed?

The customer is the owner of the padlock and only he keeps the original key and copies.

Do you offer electric power?

It is included in the monthly fee. We have electric generators, solar panels, backup inverter and we provide lighting inside the premises.

Can I access my premises on Sundays?

Access is 365 days a year, including Sundays and all holidays, with no exceptions.

What are your office hours?

Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.

What facilities do you provide?

All included in the monthly fee, such as electric power, Wi-Fi, automated and personalized access control, security with cameras and 24/7 recording, water supply, restroom, equipment for moving merchandise, roofed loading areas with capacity for trucks and queues, among other facilities.
